MiCasita is perfect for recreational purposes due to the smaller units which are lightweight and easy to relocate by using a trailer or its own axis. By doing so, we produce Tiny Houses, beach houses, chalets, log cabins and many more.
Sustainability
Just like the MiCasa constructions the MiCasita units are suprisingly energy efficient and can be (if desired) provided with solar panels, electricity, waterless toilets and many more.
Recycling of water
Filtered rain does not have to be drained, but can be saved in a big, plastic tank for the grey water circuit. By doing so, it’s usable as water for showering and washing and with destillation, clear drinking water can be obtained as well.
